Institutions

The first group of U.S.E. papers deals with a chance selection of matters where institutional change for the better (or from the worse) may be possible within the political horizon. When an issue ceases to be within that horizon, the paper is archived.

 

The current papers range from comic issues – the British House of Lords – to tragic – UN Gendarmes.The presence and absence of a good, concise Constitution – the USA and the EU respectively – are noted. Extirpating rot in civil society is the subject of Financing Politics and Districts by Rule.
